Peter Chibwe Kapala is a Zambian politician.[1][2] He is the current Minister of Fisheries and Livestock of Zambia[3] and a nominated member of parliament.[1][2][4] He is the member of United Party for National Development (UPND).[1] He holds a Master's in Civil and Structural Engineering and a Technician Certificate.[1][2]
